Mental Message With C

Welcome friends! This site is all about mental health, self-love, inspiration, growth, and so much more.

Seven months ago, I was at my worst. Seven months ago, I nearly overdosed and died. Seven months ago, I was 109lbs. Seven months ago, I lost all faith. Seven months ago, my depression and anxiety took over me. Seven months ago, I was in the darkest place ever.

Seven months later, I’ve grown tremendously. Seven months later, I’m in a great place mentally. Seven months later, I’m 138lbs. Seven months later, I found faith. Seven months later, I got the honor to get a book published that I wrote. Seven months later, I’m happier than I’ve ever been!

Seven months later, I’m not done growing.

Why Choose Us?

The purpose of this book is to show my readers that mental health is vital at every stage in life, from childhood to adolescence through adulthood. Knowing someone else is going through the same thing can make them feel like they are not alone. Sharing stories can give individuals hope to continue with life and never to give up. So many Americans feel alone that deal with mental health issues. So many Americans don't feel like they can talk to others without being judged. So many Americans commit suicide because they don't feel like there will ever be hope. No matter how much you go through, Our Heavenly Father does not give us more than we can handle. 1 and 4 people suffer from some form of mental health. Childhood trauma is the most ignored, avoided, belittled, misunderstood, and untreated cause of human suffering. A child experiencing trauma affects them more seriously than an adult would be impacted because of the brain development that is taking place in children. Children who have grown up surrounded by traumatic experiences have their fight or flight response activated repeatedly, and that takes a severe toll on their brains. Late nights and toxic behavior and having to pretend the next day that nothing is wrong. You can sound confident and have anxiety. You can look healthy but feel like crap. You can be happy but be miserable inside. You can be beautiful and feel ugly. Depression can be the face of someone who smiles, tells jokes, and is happy, which I am quite often. I have a great family, healthy children, a job, a roof over my head, food on the dinner table, I am alive and healthy. So why would I be depressed? Purchase my book, and you'll soon find out.

My book is available for pre-ordering only the whole month of August. If you purchase other items along with the book, you will receive it all at once. The release date is September 2020. The earlier you are buying in August, the sooner it will arrive in September.
